It is recommended that all new clients have a 1 hour assessment appointment the first time that they come and see us.  This allows us to really gauge the best course of treatment for the individual.  The assessment includes hands on treatment.

24 hours notice required for cancelling or changing appointments, otherwise full charge is payable by client for appointment.

Appointments run to time.  Please arrive on time.  If you are early you may have to wait as staff could still be with previous client.

Covid-19 Changes to appointments

Following the latest guidelines and an up to date risk assessment, you can expect a few changes to the booking procedure. A phone call before your appointment will be usual, to check through your up to date health, so as to comply with Covid guidelines.  Temperature check on arrival for clients will be under taken as well as hand sanitisation.  Therapist will be adhering to strick PPE.  Your safety is our primary concern.  We aim to make you feel at ease and give you the best possible experience.
